This course covers competencies in staging, lighting, equipment use, and scripts. Students will begin to work with GNN (Gator News Network) and experience all positions of the broadcast crew, and learn to work with effects to make the news bigger and better! GNN produces a daily announcement show in a news format. 

Students will be able take on positions such as:

 

• Producer 

• Teleprompter

• Anchor

• Technical Director

• Camera

• Audio

• Floor Director
